[Unreleased]
Section titled “[Unreleased]”[1.0.0] - 2026-11-08
Section titled “[1.0.0] - 2026-11-08”- Initial release: integration with the Bring APIs of developer.bring.com (Shipping Guide API v2, Booking API, Pickup Point API, Tracking API v2, Customer Info API) for shops that ship from Norway, Sweden or Denmark.
- Connection per store owner or vendor: the merchant’s own Mybring login, API key (encrypted) and Bring customer number for test and live mode, sender country, sender and return address; connection test with the Customer Info API; a refused login or key pauses automatic calls.
- Test mode with Bring’s test indicator (X-Bring-Test-Indicator): Bring checks the booking and returns a label without a real shipment or invoice; test bookings are marked and never tracked.
- Shipping services Pickup Parcel (5800 / 0340), Home Delivery (5600 / 0349), Home Mailbox Parcel (3584) and Business Parcel (5000 / 0330), chosen by route; any other service id of the agreement per method; additional services.
- Live Bring prices from the Shipping Guide API: agreement price (financial right) or, without that right, the list price (asked again without the customer number), with or without VAT, converted with the store’s own currency rates, plus a mark-up in percent and amount; own flat or weight price as an alternative and as the fallback; free shipping threshold; expected delivery date from the same answer; answers cached per route and day.
- Pickup point and parcel locker list at the checkout (nearest to the delivery address, postal code search, opening hours, distance), server-side check of the chosen point, closed points never offered, no order without a point; the point on the order page, e-mails and invoices.
- Bookings in one click or at an order status: shipment and package numbers, the PDF label downloaded through Bring’s documented 302 redirect (no credentials sent to the storage host), tracking link; CS-Cart shipment with the shipment number.
- Duplicate protection: reference saved before the booking under a per-order lock, lookup by reference with the Tracking API after a lost answer, never an automatic second booking; “Book again” for administrators after 30 minutes.
- Free return labels with Norwegian domestic parcels (returnProduct) and return labels on demand (9350 / 0341, or a service id of the agreement).
- Void in the store (the Booking API has no cancel call), only before the parcel moves.
- Tracking API polling with states that never move backwards; job queue with retries, log with CSV export; Multi-Vendor owner mode or per-vendor connections with vendor privileges.
Tested on: Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 (mv417: HTTP e2e 75/75, vendor smoke 31/31, licence test 43/43) after the audit fixes, and CS-Cart Ultimate 4.17.2 (cs417: e2e 75/75, licence test 43/43) on the build before them; unit tests on PHP 8.1 and 8.3 (146/146), against a mock that follows the Bring OpenAPI documents. Not yet run against the real Bring API (needs a merchant’s Mybring user).
