Books your CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor orders in Xero: contacts, invoices with your account codes and tax types, payments against your bank accounts and credit notes for refunds. You connect your own Xero app and organisation.

What it does

Connects with your own Xero app (OAuth 2.0); the connection renews itself and works with the Xero Demo Company for testing.
Finds the customer in Xero by e-mail address or creates the contact, then creates the sales invoice with product, shipping and discount lines, your account codes, tax types and the tax amounts of the order (United Kingdom VAT, Australian and New Zealand GST or any other Xero tax type).
Records the payment against the invoice and the bank account mapped to the payment method.
Creates a credit note for a refunded order and applies it to the invoice or pays it back from the bank account.
Remembers what was sent (with the Xero ids), so nothing is booked twice; shows every item with its result and lets you send an order again or queue past orders.
Credentials and tokens are stored encrypted; test and live mode are separate.
A job queue with automatic retries and Xero rate limits respected, a log with filters and CSV export.
Multi-Vendor: the marketplace owner books all vendor orders (vendor-level books are not part of 1.0).
