Usage

Orders > Cdiscount channel > Listings shows every mapped product: seller reference, EAN with its catalogue state (in the catalogue, not in the catalogue, product under review), offer state (not offered, waiting for Octopia, on Cdiscount), the last stock and price pushed, and the last refusal.

  • Add: a product id, optionally a seller reference (default: the product code) and an EAN (default: the EAN feature or the product code), “Already on Cdiscount” for offers you created in the seller portal with the same seller reference.
  • Add a category: maps every product of a CS-Cart category.
  • Sync now: queues stock, prices, offers, orders and shipments at once.
  • Retry: after you fixed the product data (an EAN “not in the catalogue” is looked up again).

Offers are sent in packages; Octopia integrates them within minutes and answers per offer. Sending an offer again is safe: Octopia replaces the offer with the same seller reference, EAN and condition. Because those three identify an offer, the add-on never re-sends a live offer with another EAN or condition: an EAN changed on a live product shows an error (remove the mapping and map it again), and the condition and EAN source on the Rules page are locked while offers are live.

  • Delete (or deleting the product in CS-Cart): a live offer is first withdrawn from Cdiscount (Delete package, state “Being withdrawn from Cdiscount”); the row disappears once Octopia has deleted the offer.

Stock is shared by every Octopia sales channel on which you have an offer for the product.

Orders > Cdiscount channel > Orders lists every Cdiscount order the add-on has seen:

  • Waiting for acceptance: orders the add-on could not accept by itself show the reason (product not mapped, not enough stock). Click Accept or Refuse before the Cdiscount deadline.
  • Accepted: imported as soon as Cdiscount gives the delivery address (status “in preparation”).
  • In preparation: the CS-Cart order exists. Create a shipment with a tracking number (CS-Cart order > Shipments); the next run reports the shipped lines with the carrier code from the Rules page. “Waiting for a shipment with a tracking number” means nothing was reported yet; a status change alone (for example Complete) reports nothing.
  • Cancel at Cdiscount (accepted or in preparation, not shipped): sends a full cancellation request with the reason chosen on the Rules page; Cdiscount refunds the customer and the CS-Cart order follows.
  • A failed import shows its reason with Retry; a refused shipment report shows Send shipment again.

Cancellations made at Cdiscount (customer, Cdiscount) move the CS-Cart order to the status mapped for “Cancelled”. Statuses only move forward; a late answer never reopens a cancelled order.

The Log lists every call and decision (secrets masked), with filters and CSV export. Jobs shows the queue with Retry / Remove; the store owner can Run now.
