Setting Default Description
Enable On When off, no new work is started. Jobs and webhooks of work that is already under way are still processed.
Marketplace owner mode On On: every order is processed with the marketplace owner’s account and vendors have no connection page. Off: each vendor connects their own account.
Debug log Off Also stores every HTTP call with masked request and response. Secrets are never stored.
Log retention (days) 90 Older log entries are removed by the cron run.
Sync interval (minutes) 15 How often stock and price are pushed, orders imported and shipments reported.
Status of imported orders O
Payment method ID for imported orders empty Empty = the first active payment method.

Credentials are not ordinary settings: they are entered on the Connection page and stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM, key derived from your store’s own secret). They are never shown again; leave a secret field empty to keep the saved value.

Field Description
Mode Test uses the test credentials and the Walmart sandbox (sandbox.walmartapis.com, with the dynamic sandbox flag); Live uses the live credentials and marketplace.walmartapis.com.
Client ID / Client secret The key pair of your Walmart seller account (Seller Center > API Integration > API Key Management). The add-on exchanges it for a 15 minute access token on every run.
Item spec version Optional (Advanced). The 5.x item spec version sent with new offers; leave empty for the built-in default and change it only if Walmart retires that version.

On the Rules page: price markup (percent and fixed), rounding (x.99 / x.90), stock buffer and minimum, a default brand, “Create products automatically”, “I ship with my own carrier” (sends the tracking number of a CS-Cart shipment to Walmart), a tracking URL template (https://carrier.example/track/{tracking}) for carriers Walmart does not know by name, and the CS-Cart status each Walmart status becomes. Prices are in USD.

The queue runs from cron. Use either the command line or the secret web address shown in the Cron section of the settings:

  • php /path/to/store/admin.php --dispatch=kv_walmart.cron
  • https://your-store.example/index.php?dispatch=kv_walmart.cron&key=<secret>
  • Log lists every call, job and webhook with filters (level, action, text, dates) and a CSV export.
  • Jobs lists the queue. A job that fails is retried after 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours and 12 hours, then marked “Gave up”; use Retry to queue it again.

In the vendor panel a vendor sees only their own records. With the marketplace owner mode off the vendor also gets the Connection tab for their own account.
