Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- CS-Cart 4.17.2 – 4.21.x, or CS-Cart Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x.
- PHP 7.2.5 – 8.3, as supported by your CS-Cart version.
- A license key from cs-cart.kaviolabs.com or a CS-Cart Marketplace license number.
Install
Section titled “Install”- In the admin panel open Add-ons → Manage add-ons, click the gear button and choose Manual installation.
- Upload
kv_order_source_attribution-1.0.0.zipand click Upload & install. - Open the add-on, go to the License tab and enter your license key. Click Check now.
- Check the Settings tab. The defaults work for most stores: the cookie is set after consent (when Kavio Labs Cookie Consent Mode is active), sources are kept for 90 days, and paid and completed orders are counted in the report. See Configuration.
- If your customers return from a payment page or another domain of yours, add those hosts on the Channels tab (common payment providers are already listed).
From now on every new order gets its source. Orders placed before the installation are shown as “Not tracked”.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”Upload the new version over the installed one (Manual installation) or install the upgrade package in Administration → Upgrade center. Settings and stored sources are kept; missing tables and settings are added automatically on the next admin page you open.
Uninstalling
Section titled “Uninstalling”Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Order Source & UTM Attribution → Uninstall removes the settings, the texts and all stored order and customer sources. To pause recording, switch Record order sources off or disable the add-on instead: the stored sources are kept.
