General
Section titled “General”| Setting | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Enable | On | When off, no new work is started. Jobs of work that is already under way are still processed. |
| Marketplace owner mode | On | On: every order is processed with the marketplace owner’s PAC account. Off: each vendor connects their own account and issuer data. |
| Debug log | Off | Also stores every HTTP call with masked request and response. Secrets are never stored. |
| Log retention (days) | 90 | Older log entries are removed by the cron run. |
| Issue the CFDI when the order status becomes | Processed | Orders that carry the customer’s RFC get their individual CFDI at this status. Others wait for the global invoice. |
| Create the credit note when the order status becomes | none | Creates the Egreso of the order’s CFDI at this status (for example Refunded). Empty = never automatically. |
| Series (Serie) | WEB | Printed before the folio. The folio is the document number of the add-on. |
| Time zone of the issuer | America/Mexico_City | The CFDI date is written in this zone. The PAC and the SAT reject dates older than 72 hours. |
Taxes and SAT keys
Section titled “Taxes and SAT keys”| Setting | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
| IVA treatment of products without their own | 16% | 16%, 8% (frontera norte), 0%, exempt or not subject. |
| Catalogue prices include IVA | On | On: the price the customer pays includes IVA and the CFDI breaks it down. Off: IVA is added on top of the prices. |
| Default product / service key | 01010101 | ClaveProdServ for products without a key of their own or in their category. |
| Default unit key | H87 | ClaveUnidad (pieza). |
| Shipping product / service key | 78102203 | ClaveProdServ of the shipping line. Check it with your accountant. |
Per product (tab Add-ons of the product page) and per category you can set ClaveProdServ (8 digits), ClaveUnidad, the IVA treatment and an optional IEPS rate. A product uses its own keys, then those of its category (or the nearest parent with keys), then the defaults above. Only the format of ClaveProdServ is checked here; your PAC validates it against the complete SAT catalogue.

The queue runs from cron. Use either the command line or the secret web address shown in the Cron section of the settings:
php /path/to/store/admin.php --dispatch=kv_cfdi_mexico.cronhttps://your-store.example/index.php?dispatch=kv_cfdi_mexico.cron&key=<secret>
The same run creates the global invoice of the closed period (when enabled).
Log and jobs
Section titled “Log and jobs”- Log lists every call and job with filters (level, action, text, dates) and a CSV export.
