Will vendors be hidden or blocked right after installation?

Section titled “Will vendors be hidden or blocked right after installation?”

No. Automatic actions are off in the default policy. When you switch them on, they start only after a vendor has been in breach for the whole grace period (7 days by default), and the vendor is e-mailed first.

No. It never changes the vendor account status, payouts or products. Hiding products is a storefront filter and pausing orders refuses new carts and checkouts for that vendor; both end automatically when the KPIs recover, and you can lift them at any time.

A delay was not the vendor’s fault. What can I do?

Section titled “A delay was not the vendor’s fault. What can I do?”

Open the vendor in the league table and click Excuse next to the order (late or cancelled). It no longer counts from the next run on. You can also give the vendor a longer handling time or exempt it from automatic actions.

By default only cancellations made by the vendor or an administrator. Customer cancellations and cancellations by payment callbacks do not. Change it in the settings (Cancellations that count against the vendor).

My orders are marked “Processed” right after payment. Does that count as accepted?

Section titled “My orders are marked “Processed” right after payment. Does that count as accepted?”

No. Only a change made by the vendor or an administrator counts as acceptance, or the first shipment. Statuses set by payment callbacks or while the order is placed are ignored.

What about orders placed before the add-on was installed?

Section titled “What about orders placed before the add-on was installed?”

The first run reads the orders and shipments of the window from your store. Their shipping and cancellation times are known; the acceptance time of older orders is not, so the acceptance KPI starts with the orders placed after installation.

Do the badges work with the full page cache of CS-Cart 4.21?

Section titled “Do the badges work with the full page cache of CS-Cart 4.21?”

Yes. They come from the nightly results and are the same for every visitor; cached pages are refreshed when the results change.

Is it fast enough for a large marketplace?

Section titled “Is it fast enough for a large marketplace?”

Yes. The nightly run reads the new orders incrementally and rates all vendors with one aggregate query per data source. 100,000 orders in the window are rated in well under a second.

Without a valid license (no key after the 14-day start period, an invalid or revoked key, a domain the license does not cover, or no successful check for 14 days), no new performance data is computed, no e-mails are sent, storefront badges are hidden and automatic actions are not enforced. The last results stay visible to administrators. Once the license is valid again, everything is back.

Open Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Vendor Performance & SLA Monitor → Settings → License. The status line says what is wrong: no key, a key for another add-on, a revoked license, or a domain that the license does not cover. Fix it and click Check now. See License.

Yes. Subdomains of your licensed domain (for example staging.yourstore.com) and local development hosts (localhost, private IP addresses, *.local, *.test) are covered by the same license. Turn off the automatic actions on copies that share no real vendors.

Does the license check slow down my storefront or checkout?

Section titled “Does the license check slow down my storefront or checkout?”

No. The check runs in the admin panel or from cron, once a day. The storefront never runs it.
