Usage
First setup (once)
Section titled “First setup (once)”- Categories: search the Hepsiburada category list (names are Turkish and carry their path, searching ignores accents), pick a leaf category, choose the CS-Cart category it belongs to and, if you like, a markup and a brand name for it. A product uses the deepest mapped category on its path.
- Attributes: for each mapped Hepsiburada category the attributes Hepsiburada requires are listed (colour, warranty period, material …). Map each to a CS-Cart product feature or give a fixed value. The product fields the add-on fills itself (SKU, title, description, brand, weight, VAT, price, stock, images) are not listed. Feature values are matched with the allowed Hepsiburada values by name (accents and case ignored); free text is sent only where Hepsiburada allows it.
- Rules: markup, price endings, stock buffer, default brand, VAT, status mapping, shipping options (see Configuration).
Listings
Section titled “Listings”- Add products: by product ID with a merchant SKU (empty = product code), or Add all products of this category. Tick Already on Hepsiburada to link a product that exists there under the same merchant SKU.
- The sync imports products that are not on Hepsiburada yet (state “Not listed yet” > “Waiting for Hepsiburada” > “Live on Hepsiburada”). Hepsiburada answers asynchronously; the add-on reads the import status and shows the reason per product in the Last error column (for example a missing mandatory attribute or a category that is not a leaf). Fix the data and press Retry. A new product may still wait for Hepsiburada’s catalog approval after the import.
- Stock and price of live products are uploaded when a product is saved and at least hourly. Sync now queues an immediate run. The result of each upload is read back and a rejected item shows its message.
- One CS-Cart product becomes one Hepsiburada product with one merchant SKU. Product options are not sent as Hepsiburada variants. Changes of title, description or images after creation are not pushed in this version; stock and price are.
Orders
Section titled “Orders”- New Hepsiburada orders become CS-Cart orders once: buyer name and e-mail, the delivery and invoice address, company and tax number for commercial buyers, prices as sold, and a note with the Hepsiburada order number.
- An order whose merchant SKU is not mapped is not imported; the Orders tab shows the reason and the import is retried every hour.
- Later changes on Hepsiburada (shipped, delivered, not delivered, cancelled) follow into CS-Cart through the status mapping.
- When a CS-Cart shipment exists the add-on packs the order lines at Hepsiburada, sends the invoice link and, with “I ship with my own carrier”, the tracking number.
- The invoice link points to a signed page of your store that shows the CS-Cart invoice of the order as HTML; Hepsiburada downloads it. The link works for imported orders only.
- Cancel at channel on the Orders tab cancels the lines of an order that is not packed yet; enter Hepsiburada’s cancel reason ID (see the Hepsiburada documentation for the list).
Returns
Section titled “Returns”The Returns tab lists Hepsiburada claims with the items, reasons and status, linked to the CS-Cart order (a note is added to the order). Approve accepts the claim as a refund; exchange claims are settled in the Hepsiburada merchant panel.
Jobs, log and connection
Section titled “Jobs, log and connection”- Jobs: counts per state, the list with the last error, Retry, Remove and Run the queue now.
- Log: filter and export what happened and when, per merchant SKU and order.
- Connection: credentials, merchant ID, integrator name, Test connection.
