The authorization does not come back to the store
Section titled “The authorization does not come back to the store”- The callback URL of your app in the AliExpress App Console must be exactly the address shown on the Connection page (HTTPS, same host).
- The authorization must be started from the Connection page in the same browser session; an answer that does not belong to that session is refused (“The authorization answer does not belong to an authorization started from this session”).
- Fallback: copy the
codefrom the address AliExpress opened and use Enter an authorization code by hand within a few minutes (codes expire quickly).
“AliExpress refused the authorization”
Section titled ““AliExpress refused the authorization””AliExpress answered with a token or app error (for example IllegalAccessToken, IllegalRefreshToken, InvalidAppkey, IncompleteSignature). Work for this account is paused. Check the App Key and App Secret (after a secret reset enter the new one), then click Authorize again.
“AliExpress returned prices in CNY instead of USD”
Section titled ““AliExpress returned prices in CNY instead of USD””The add-on asks AliExpress for USD prices (target_currency). If AliExpress answers in another currency for a product, the import stops so no wrong price is written. Try again later or contact AliExpress support with the request id from the log.
A product says “Gone from AliExpress”
Section titled “A product says “Gone from AliExpress””aliexpress.ds.product.get answered ITEM_ID_NOT_FOUND or “Item is not allowed to this country” for your ship-to country. The product is disabled when the off-sale rule says so.
An order shows “Outcome unknown”
Section titled “An order shows “Outcome unknown””The connection broke while the order was being placed. Follow Usage, “When AliExpress did not answer”: check AliExpress first, then link the order or send it again with the same reference.
An order shows “Needs attention”
Section titled “An order shows “Needs attention””Read the note on the order’s AliExpress tab: AliExpress already has an order with this reference (link its id), AliExpress closed the order (the reason is shown), or the order was canceled in the shop after it was placed (cancel it in AliExpress).
An order failed
Section titled “An order failed”The note shows the AliExpress error, for example B_DROPSHIPPER_DELIVERY_ADDRESS_VALIDATE_FAIL (fix the address on the order), DELIVERY_METHOD_NOT_EXIST, INVENTORY_HOLD_ERROR or PRICE_PAY_CURRENCY_ERROR. After fixing the cause click Place on AliExpress.
No AliExpress shipping method at checkout
Section titled “No AliExpress shipping method at checkout”- The cart must contain AliExpress products, and AliExpress must offer a (tracked) delivery option to the destination.
- More than 8 different AliExpress variants in one package: the method is not offered (too many queries while the customer waits); use another method.
- Multi-Vendor: enable the method for the vendor.
Nothing happens
Section titled “Nothing happens”The queue needs cron. Check Jobs for waiting jobs and the Cron section of the settings for the command. Run the queue now runs it once by hand.
