Vendor Performance & SLA Monitor changelog

All notable changes to Vendor Performance & SLA Monitor (kv_vendor_performance_sla) are documented here. The format follows Keep a Changelog and the project uses Semantic Versioning.

  • Per-order service timestamps (placed, accepted, shipped, tracking number, cancelled and by whom) recorded by hooks and reconciled by an incremental nightly sync.
  • Seven KPIs per vendor over a rolling window: late shipment rate against the handling time (business days), cancellation rate, acceptance time, tracking upload rate, return rate (RMA), first response time (Message center), review average.
  • SLA policies (default and per vendor plan) with handling time, minimum orders, warning and breach thresholds and actions; handling override and exemption per vendor.
  • Levels Good, Warning, Breach and Not enough data, score 0-100, daily snapshots.
  • League table with filters, sorting and CSV export; vendor drill-down with trend, late and cancelled orders, excused orders, lift of actions and history.
  • Vendor panel Performance page and dashboard notice.
  • E-mails to vendors on level changes and actions, daily administrator digest.
  • Optional, reversible actions after a grace period: review flag, hidden products, paused new orders.
  • Opt-in storefront badges “Ships on time” and “Replies within” on vendor pages and next to the vendor name of products (full page cache safe).
  • Variables for the core vendor rating formula (slaScore and seven KPI values).
  • Cron task, cron URL with the core cron password and a once-a-day pseudo-cron.
