Does Parade work with my add-ons?
Section titled “Does Parade work with my add-ons?”Yes. Parade is a child of the standard Responsive theme and does not override product, cart or checkout templates, so add-on hooks keep working. Kavio Labs add-ons are styled to match each style.
Does it work on CS-Cart and on Multi-Vendor?
Section titled “Does it work on CS-Cart and on Multi-Vendor?”Yes, one package for both. On Multi-Vendor the cards show the shop next to the brand and vendor pages get a brand-shop header.
Why is a size struck through on a card?
Section titled “Why is a size struck through on a card?”The size is not in stock. With Size options, give the product a Size feature with the sizes you have in stock (the same feature drives your size filter); sizes missing from it are shown as sold out. Products with variations use the stock of each variation. Products without a Size feature show every size as available.
Where do the department tabs come from?
Section titled “Where do the department tabs come from?”From the Department tabs categories block: your top-level categories in their category order (or the categories you pick in the block). The Sale tab is added automatically.
Why does a product show no countdown?
Section titled “Why does a product show no countdown?”Countdowns only appear for catalog promotions with an end date. Parade never shows invented timers.
Why does “Shop by size” show nothing?
Section titled “Why does “Shop by size” show nothing?”It needs a product filter for your size feature (code SIZE, or a feature named “Size”) and products with sizes in
that department.
What happens without a licence?
Section titled “What happens without a licence?”A new installation works for 14 days. After that, without a valid licence, the storefront shows the standard Responsive look; cart, checkout and orders keep working and visitors see no message. The admin panel tells you why and how to fix it. See Configuration.
Does the theme work on my staging copy?
Section titled “Does the theme work on my staging copy?”Yes. Subdomains of your licensed domain and local development hosts are covered by the same licence.
What happens if your licence server is down?
Section titled “What happens if your licence server is down?”Nothing visible: the theme keeps the last verified result and keeps working for 14 days while it retries.
Will an update overwrite my changes?
Section titled “Will an update overwrite my changes?”No. Files you changed are kept (a notice lists them), and layouts and blocks are never replaced.
