Installation
Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- CS-Cart Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x. On CS-Cart (without Multi-Vendor) the installation is refused.
- PHP 7.2.5 – 8.3.
- Optional core add-ons that add KPIs: Message center (first response time), RMA (return rate), Product reviews or Comments and reviews (review average), Vendor plans (a policy per plan), Vendor rating (formula variables).
Install
Section titled “Install”- Go to Add-ons → Manage add-ons, click the + (Upload & install add-on) button and choose the add-on archive.
- The add-on is installed and active. Open its settings to enter your license key (License tab).
- Open Vendors → Vendor performance → SLA policies and check the default policy: handling time (2 business days), minimum orders (10) and the KPI thresholds. Automatic actions (hiding products, pausing orders) are off after installation.
- Optional: add the nightly task to your cron (see Configuration). Without it, the first administrator or vendor panel page view after the configured hour starts the daily run.
- Click Recalculate now on the league table to see the first results at once. The first run reads the orders and shipments of the window from your store.
Nothing changes on the storefront until you switch on the badges or an automatic action applies.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”Upload the new archive in Add-ons → Manage add-ons (or use the Upgrade Center when it offers the update). The add-on brings its database tables, settings and texts up to date by itself; policies, results and history are kept.
Uninstalling
Section titled “Uninstalling”Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Vendor Performance & SLA Monitor → Uninstall removes the policies, the recorded order timestamps, the results, the history, the settings and the texts. Automatic actions end with the uninstall. Orders, vendors and messages are never touched.
