Configuration

Go to Vendors > Vendor plan limits. Each plan has one row.

Column What it limits
Images per product Main image plus additional images on one product
Images in full description Images inside the full description
Images in short description Images inside the short description
Images in promo text Images inside the promo text
Image size, MB Size of one uploaded product image, per file
Attachments per product Files in the Attachments tab of one product
Attachment size, MB Size of one attachment file

An empty box means no limit. 0 means none allowed. For example, enter 0 under “Images in promo text” to keep images out of promo text on your entry plan.

The last row, Vendors without a plan, applies to vendors with no plan, and to all vendors if the Vendor plans add-on is off.

You can also set the same values when you edit a plan: Vendors > Vendor plans, open a plan, Restrictions tab, section Product media.

Go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons > Vendor Plan Limits > Settings.

Setting Default Effect
Enable On Off stops the limits and hides the meter
Show the usage meter on the vendor’s product page On The meter above the images and the hint under each description
Show the limits on the plan cards On Adds the image, size and attachment lines to the plan cards in the vendor panel and on the storefront

Vendor users, in the panel, through the APIs and in CSV import. Administrators are never limited, also when they edit a vendor’s product or work with a vendor selected.

The admin pages use the same privileges as vendor plans: View vendor plans to open them, Manage vendor plans to save. Vendors have no access to them.

Enter your key on the License tab. Without a valid license the limits are not enforced and the meter is hidden. Your limits stay saved.
