Daily use

1. Offer Packeta pick-up point and/or Packeta home delivery as shipping methods. The customer sees the price you set. For the pick-up point methods a card appears under the method: Choose pick-up point opens the Packeta map where the customer picks a Packeta pick-up point or Z-BOX. An order without a point cannot be placed.
2. The point is stored with the order and shown in the admin order, on the customer’s order page, invoices and order e-mails.
3. Open the order and the Packeta label and tracking tab and click Create label, or let the add-on do it when the order reaches the status you chose. The packet gets its Packeta barcode (Z 123 4567 890) and the label is stored with it: the Packeta label for pick-up points and Z-BOXes; for home delivery the carrier label (the add-on asks Packeta for the carrier’s number first; if it is not ready the queue retries for ten minutes, then the Packeta label is used, which Packeta documents as the fallback).
4. Download the label (PDF or ZPL) from the tab or from the packets list and stick it on the parcel, then hand the parcel over to Packeta as agreed with them.
5. Tracking is refreshed by cron every hour and, if you enabled it, by Packeta’s push events; Refresh tracking checks at once. The barcode and the tracking link are added to the order (and to a regular CS-Cart shipment). For home delivery the link goes to the carrier’s tracking page when Packeta provides it.
6. Changed your mind? Cancel packet works while Packeta has not received the packet; afterwards Packeta refuses and the message is shown.

What is refused (and why)

• A pick-up point order without a point; an order with neither a valid mobile number of the destination country nor an e-mail address; a home delivery address without street, house number, ZIP code or city; a destination outside CZ, SK, HU, RO, PL; a COD amount above Packeta’s limit; a destination currency that is missing from the store. Nothing is sent to Packeta; the reason is written to the Log and shown on the order page.
• Packeta’s own answers (for example “Sender is not given”, an unauthorised currency, a carrier that rejects the ZIP code) are shown as they come, with the field name.

Jobs, log and connection

• Jobs: counts per state, the list with the last error, Retry, Remove and Run the queue now.
• Log: filter and export what happened and when.
• Connection: API key, password, sender, Test connection, push tracking URL.
