Ridge theme
Edition: CS-Cart & Multi-Vendor · Latest version: 1.0.0 · Compatible with: CS-Cart & Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x, PHP 7.4 – 8.3 · Changelog: view
Ridge is a storefront theme for sports and outdoor stores on CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor: hiking, bike, run, climb, camp, snow and water. The store feels like the place your customers are going: every sport or campaign opens as a full-screen chapter with its own landscape, a giant headline, the product with its key specs and a price card to buy from directly. Below the chapters the store is dense and fast.

What you get
Section titled “What you get”- The Ridge theme, a child of the standard Responsive theme, so every add-on keeps working.
- Four styles, two dark and two light, square corners and fine hairlines everywhere:
- Dusk (default): night ground, violet dusk scenes, flare-orange accent.
- Glacier: ice-white store, deep blue accent, red sale prices, stronger shade on the scenes.
- Desert: sand store, rust accent, black type, warm product plates.
- Forest: deep green ground, lime accent with dark text, green plates.
- Chapters on the homepage (your banners): a full-screen scene per banner, an eyebrow, a giant condensed headline, a short text, two buttons, a detail line, and with a paired product the product with spec callouts and a price card (price, crossed price, saving, rating, a countdown to the real end of the promotion, Add to cart or Select options). A chapter index (“01 / 05” with the chapter names) follows the scroll on wide screens; on phones the chapters become a chip bar.
- Transparent header over the first scene: logo, the sport menu (a full-screen menu with big sport names on phones), a command search (Ctrl K or “/”), account and a cart button that opens the cart drawer with the free-delivery progress and a “Complete your kit” row.
- Homepage sections: a trust strip, Gear check (condition chips such as Rain, Below 0 °C, Heat, Wind and Overnight that filter the product row), sport panels (one tall panel per sport with its scene, item count and subcategories), Last light deals (a segmented clock to the real end of your sale and deal rows), field notes (blog posts as scene cards), a services band and an outline wordmark footer.
- Product cards on dusk plates with a ridge line, condition icons, spec chips (volume, weight, waterproof rating), the deal countdown, the price and Add to cart.
- Category pages with a scene header (the category image, a giant name, the item count, subcategories with counts), filters as chips in a bar that stays at the top and a four-column grid.
- Product page on a scene: the product with spec callouts, a buy column with the collection line, a big price with the saving, the deal line, size buttons, the next-day dispatch countdown, and a Built for section with the conditions, gauges (numeric specs as meters against the range of the sport, “from-to” values as range bars, seasons) and a fit box; a “Complete your kit” row.
- Multi-Vendor: a store header on vendor pages (scene of the shop’s main sport, logo, rating, items, city), “Sold by” on cards and product pages.
- Checkout on a light surface in every style; a 404 page “off the map”; floating tab bar and buy bar on phones; subtle animations (off for visitors who prefer reduced motion).
- Installs with complete demo content: the store looks finished right after activation.
- Self-hosted fonts (Saira Extra Condensed, Saira, Geist Mono, SIL Open Font License): no external font requests.
Ridge never shows invented numbers: counts, ratings, specs and countdowns come from your store’s data and are hidden when the data is missing.
Compatibility
Section titled “Compatibility”- CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x (tested on 4.17.2 and 4.21.2).
- PHP 7.2.5 to 8.3, depending on your CS-Cart version.
- Works with the full page cache of 4.21.
Licence
Section titled “Licence”Ridge uses a domain-bound licence like every Kavio Labs product. Without a valid licence (after the 14-day period of a new installation, or 14 days after the licence server became unreachable) the storefront shows the standard Responsive look instead of the Ridge design; cart, checkout and orders keep working and visitors see no message. See Configuration.
