Marketing > Web push campaigns shows active subscribers (and new ones in the last 7 days), messages sent, clicks and click rate, and open product alerts. The list below has every campaign and product alert with its status, sent / recipients, clicks and failed / expired counts. Filter by Campaigns or Product alerts. Send queue now sends what is due without waiting for the cron job.

  1. New campaign. The internal name is only for you.
  2. Title (up to 120 characters) and text (up to 300).
  3. Link: a full address, a path like /sale or index.php?dispatch=.... Empty opens the home page. The link goes through the store first so the click is counted, once per message.
  4. Large image (optional): Chrome and Edge on desktop and Android show it, about 2:1. Icon (optional): otherwise the icon of the settings.
  5. Check the preview; every browser draws notifications in its own style.
  6. Who gets it: all subscribers, signed-in customers only or guests only; a language; on CS-Cart Ultimate a storefront.
  7. When: save as draft, send now, or send at a date and hour (the cron job sends it).

A sent campaign is read-only; Duplicate makes an editable copy. Stop sending drops the messages not yet sent.

The campaign page shows recipients, sent, clicks, failed and expired, and the answers of the push services:

  • 201: accepted.
  • 404, 410: the browser cancelled the subscription. The subscriber is marked expired and gets nothing more.
  • 429, 5xx, no answer: tried again up to 3 times in total (after 1 and 4 minutes).
  • 403: the keys do not match, for example after Create new keys.
  • 400, 413: refused message.

Marketing > Web push campaigns > Subscribers lists every browser: the customer when signed in, otherwise Guest; browser, device and language; status (Active, Unsubscribed, Expired); messages, clicks and open alerts. Send test sends a test message to one browser at once. Delete selected and Delete unsubscribed and expired keep the list tidy.

  • Card: title, text, Not now and Allow. Allow opens the browser’s permission prompt.
  • Bell: a round button in the corner; its panel turns notifications on or off.
  • Product pages: “Alert me in this browser when it is back” on out-of-stock products, “Alert me in this browser if the price drops” on the others. One click subscribes if needed and sets the alert.

Signed-in customers are linked to their subscription when they visit after signing in.
