Installation and setup

  • CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 or later (4.21.x supported).
  • Administrator access to the store’s admin panel.
  • A Trendyol seller account with API access: the supplier ID, API key and API secret from the seller panel (Hesap Bilgilerim / My Account, “Entegrasyon Bilgileri”; only the master user sees it).
  • Products with images that are reachable from the internet (Trendyol downloads them).
  • A cron job on your server (see step 6).
  • Optional, for test mode: the Trendyol stage environment. Trendyol allows stage access only for allow-listed server IP addresses and a test seller account; you request both from Trendyol (see “Test mode” below). Without them you can still connect in live mode with a read-only first test (the connection test only reads).
  1. Download the kv_trendyol-<version>.zip package from your Kavio Labs or CS-Cart Marketplace account.
  2. In the admin panel, open Add-ons > Manage add-ons.
  3. Click the gear button and choose Manual installation, then upload the archive.
  4. Find Trendyol Marketplace Connector in the list and make sure its status is Active.
  5. Enter your license key under Settings > License (Kavio Labs downloads) and click Check now.
  1. Open Orders > Trendyol channel and the Connection tab.
  2. Enter the Supplier ID, the API key and the API secret for the mode you want (Test or Live). Leave “Integrator name” empty unless Trendyol gave you a name for your integration (empty = SelfIntegration, meant for software the seller runs itself). Save and click Test connection: a green message shows the supplier ID and the number of approved products.
  3. Press Register webhook at Trendyol (needs a working connection and a public https store address). Trendyol then sends order changes to your store at once; without it the add-on polls every sync interval.
  4. Switch to Live mode only after the connection test passed with the live credentials.
  5. Set up categories, attributes and rules (see Usage).
  6. Add the cron job from the settings page (Cron section), every minute is fine. Overlapping runs are prevented.

Trendyol’s stage API (stageapigw.trendyol.com) answers only for IP addresses that Trendyol has allow-listed (a 503 means the IP is not authorized). You send the outgoing IP of your server to Trendyol, then use the shared test account or ask for a dedicated one in the Seller Center. Test and live accounts, keys and supplier IDs are completely different.

By default the marketplace owner connects one account for all vendors (Marketplace owner mode on). Switch it off to let each vendor connect their own Trendyol supplier account in the vendor panel (Connection tab); each vendor then maps, lists and ships their own products with their own keys.

  1. Upload the new package the same way. Your settings, credentials and data are kept.
  2. The add-on adds missing tables and settings by itself on the first request after the update.

See CHANGELOG for what changed in each version.

Open Add-ons > Manage add-ons, click the add-on’s gear button and choose Uninstall. This removes the add-on’s settings, language variables and database tables, including the stored credentials and mappings. Products already listed on Trendyol stay there.
