Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- CS-Cart or CS-Cart Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x, PHP 7.2.5 – 8.3.
- For the EU VAT check: outgoing HTTPS connections to
ec.europa.eu(most hosts allow them). Without it, VAT numbers are simply marked “VIES unavailable”. - At least one customer user group for your trade customers (for example Wholesale), created in Customers → User groups.
- No cron job is needed. Optionally a daily cron for the privacy cleanup (see Privacy).
Install
Section titled “Install”- In the admin panel go to Add-ons → Manage add-ons, click the + (Upload & install add-on) button and upload
kv_b2b_registration-1.0.0.zip. - Create your trade user group in Customers → User groups if you have none, and give it its prices on the product pages (Pricing tab) or with your price import.
- Open the add-on settings: tick the group under General → Preselected user groups, then check the Application form, Documents and EU VAT check tabs.
- Enter your license key on the License tab (see License). Without a key the add-on works for 14 days.
- Link the form where your buyers look for it: the add-on already adds a link to the registration page, the account menu and the profile page. You can also add the Trade account call to action block in Design → Layouts, or link to
index.php?dispatch=kv_b2b_registration.applyfrom a menu or page.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”Upload the new zip over the installed add-on in Add-ons → Manage add-ons (or install the Upgrade Center package). Settings, applications and documents are kept. On the next admin page the add-on completes the upgrade by itself (new tables, settings and texts are added).
Uninstalling
Section titled “Uninstalling”Add-ons → Manage add-ons → B2B Registration & Approval → Uninstall removes the applications, documents, custom fields, settings and texts. Customer accounts and the user groups you assigned stay as they are.
