Builds CIUS-RO UBL 2.1 invoices and credit notes from CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor orders, uploads them to ANAF’s RO e-Factura system with your own OAuth application and qualified certificate, follows the processing result and keeps ANAF’s signed answer with the order.

What it does

Creates the invoice when an order reaches the status you choose (or by hand) and checks it before sending: the official OASIS UBL 2.1 schema, a set of EN 16931 and Romanian business rules, and optionally ANAF’s own validator.
Handles VAT categories and rates, prices with or without tax, discounts, shipping, payment surcharges, RON and other currencies (VAT also stated in RON), buyers with CUI or VAT id, EU and non-EU buyers, and individuals.
Uploads with your own credentials: you register an OAuth application in the ANAF portal and authorise it once with the qualified certificate; the store keeps the tokens encrypted and renews them.
Follows the result (ok / nok), downloads ANAF’s signed ZIP and attaches it to the order; shows ANAF’s error messages when an invoice is refused.
Credit notes (full or partial) as UBL CreditNote linked to the invoice.
Test and Live environments, a job queue with automatic retries, a log with filters and CSV export, a status column in the order list.
Multi-Vendor: marketplace owner mode, or one company (CIF, certificate) per vendor.

Important

This add-on is not certified by, affiliated with or endorsed by ANAF or the Romanian Ministry of Finance, and it does not guarantee that every invoice is accepted. ANAF validates every upload with its full rule set. Check your obligations and the rules for your company, for individuals and for foreign buyers with your accountant, and test in the Test environment first.

CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 to 4.21.x (Ultimate and Multi-Vendor editions).
PHP 7.4 to 8.3, depending on your CS-Cart version; the dom and curl extensions (and zip to read ANAF’s error report).
The queue needs a cron job (a command line or a secret web address; see Configuration).

ANAF and e-Factura are names and marks of their owners; this add-on is independent and uses them only to say what it connects to. No official logo or emblem is used.
