Does it work with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor?

Section titled “Does it work with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor?”

Yes. The add-on supports CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor. In Multi-Vendor the marketplace owner books every vendor order in one Xero organisation (the default). Each vendor can instead connect their own organisation, but vendor-level books, commissions and payouts are not part of 1.0.

4.17.2 to 4.21.x.

In your own database, encrypted: the client secret and the access and refresh tokens. The key is derived from your store’s secret in config.php, so a database dump alone does not reveal them. They are never shown again after saving.

No. The add-on talks to Xero only (login.xero.com, identity.xero.com and api.xero.com). The license check sends your domain name to the Kavio Labs license server once a day (Kavio Labs downloads).

Jobs fail, wait and are retried automatically (5 minutes up to 12 hours). Nothing is lost and nothing is sent twice.

New work stops (no new invoices, payments or credit notes). Jobs already queued are still finished.

Install the new package over the old one. See Installation.

Do I need a Xero developer account or a paid plan?

Section titled “Do I need a Xero developer account or a paid plan?”

You need a free Xero developer account to create your own app (client ID and secret) and a Xero organisation to book to; the Demo Company is free for testing. Check Xero’s current terms for API access limits on your plan.

It sends VAT tax types and amounts with every line, so your VAT return in Xero is built from your web orders. Submitting the return to HMRC is done from Xero, not by this add-on.

Not in 1.0: the credit note is for the whole order.

No. It is an independent add-on that uses Xero’s public API. It is not certified or endorsed by Xero.

Work through the troubleshooting guide, then contact support with your CS-Cart version, edition, PHP version and the add-on version (1.0.0).
