Does it work with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor?
Section titled “Does it work with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor?”Yes: CS-Cart (Ultimate) and Multi-Vendor, 4.17.2 to 4.21.x. In Multi-Vendor the marketplace owner can use one company for everyone or let each vendor connect their own.
Is it certified by ANAF? Will every invoice be accepted?
Section titled “Is it certified by ANAF? Will every invoice be accepted?”No. The add-on is independent and makes no certification claim. It checks every invoice against the official UBL 2.1 schema and a set of EN 16931 and Romanian rules before sending, but ANAF applies its own full rule set, and you remain responsible for the content of your invoices. Test in the Test environment and ask your accountant to review a sample.
Do I need a service subscription or an intermediary?
Section titled “Do I need a service subscription or an intermediary?”No. You connect directly to ANAF with your own OAuth application and your own qualified certificate. There is no per-invoice fee from us.
Where is my certificate?
Section titled “Where is my certificate?”You use it in your browser when you click Authorise with ANAF. The store never receives it; it only keeps the tokens ANAF issues.
Where are my credentials and tokens stored?
Section titled “Where are my credentials and tokens stored?”In your own database, encrypted (AES-256-GCM, key derived from your store’s secret). They are never shown again after saving.
Does it send data to Kavio Labs?
Section titled “Does it send data to Kavio Labs?”No. The add-on talks to ANAF only. The license check sends your domain name to the Kavio Labs license server once a day (Kavio Labs downloads).
What happens when ANAF is down or slow?
Section titled “What happens when ANAF is down or slow?”Uploads and status checks fail, wait and are retried automatically. An invoice is never uploaded twice: once ANAF has returned an upload index the add-on only asks for its status.
Does it handle individuals (B2C) and foreign buyers?
Section titled “Does it handle individuals (B2C) and foreign buyers?”Both are settings. See Configuration. The rules change over time; check them on anaf.ro.
What about currencies other than RON?
Section titled “What about currencies other than RON?”The invoice uses the store’s primary currency. For other currencies ANAF requires the VAT amount in RON; the add-on converts it with the RON rate of your store currencies, so keep that rate current (use the National Bank of Romania rate). Without a RON rate the invoice is stopped with a message.
What happens when the license expires?
Section titled “What happens when the license expires?”New work stops (no new invoices or uploads). Work already under way is still finished.
How do I get updates?

My license shows “Pending verification”
Section titled “My license shows “Pending verification””This status appears in older add-on versions when you use a CS-Cart Marketplace license number that our license server has not matched with the Marketplace yet. The add-on is fully working in this state: no feature is switched off and you do not need to do anything. Newer versions show it as Active (Marketplace license). We confirm Marketplace numbers on our side; click Check now on the add-on’s License tab (Add-ons → Manage add-ons → the add-on) a little later and it shows Active. If it has not changed after 24 hours, contact support with your Marketplace order number.
