Does it work with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor?
Section titled “Does it work with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor?”Yes. The add-on supports CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor. In Multi-Vendor the marketplace owner can use one eBay account for everyone or let each vendor connect their own eBay account and keyset.
Which CS-Cart versions are supported?
Section titled “Which CS-Cart versions are supported?”4.17.2 to 4.21.x.
Where are my credentials stored?
Section titled “Where are my credentials stored?”In your own database, encrypted. The key is derived from your store’s secret in config.php, so a database dump alone does not reveal them. They are never shown again after saving.
Does it send data to Kavio Labs?
Section titled “Does it send data to Kavio Labs?”No. The add-on talks to eBay only. The license check sends your domain name to the Kavio Labs license server once a day (Kavio Labs downloads).
Do I need an eBay developer account?
Section titled “Do I need an eBay developer account?”Yes, a free one: you create your own application keyset (App ID and Cert ID) and a RuName at developer.ebay.com, and you grant the application access to your seller account once. Nothing is shared with other merchants.
Which eBay sites are supported?
Section titled “Which eBay sites are supported?”The sites in the Marketplace list on the Connection page. Each account sells on one marketplace; a second site needs its own policies and location, so use a second account in Multi-Vendor mode or ask us.
Does it sync variations, auctions or motors listings?
Section titled “Does it sync variations, auctions or motors listings?”No. This version creates fixed price listings for single products (condition New). Variation groups, auctions, vehicle compatibility and used conditions are handled in eBay Seller Hub.
What happens when eBay is down?
Section titled “What happens when eBay is down?”Jobs fail, wait and are retried automatically (5 minutes up to 12 hours). Nothing is lost and nothing is sent twice.
What happens when the license expires?
Section titled “What happens when the license expires?”New work stops (no new documents, rates, syncs or payments). Work already under way is still finished.
