Installation

Part of the Colissimo Labels, Pickup Points & Tracking documentation. Next: Configuration.

  • CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 to 4.21.x (Smarty 4 and Smarty 5 safe, Twig not used), PHP 7.4 to 8.3, the cURL extension (TLS verification stays on).
  • A Colissimo business contract with the web service option, and a way to run cron.
  • Outgoing HTTPS from the server to ws.colissimo.fr. Customers’ browsers load the widget from ws.colissimo.fr, a jQuery file from ajax.googleapis.com and Mapbox GL JS from api.mapbox.com only when they open the pickup point panel.
  1. Open Add-ons > Manage add-ons > the gear icon > Manual installation and upload the zip (or copy the files and refresh the list).
  2. Install Colissimo Labels, Pickup Points & Tracking and set its status to Active. The installation creates five tables (accounts, log, jobs, shipments, points) and registers three shipping services.
  3. Open the add-on settings, enter the license key in the License section if you have one (a Marketplace license number entered in Add-ons > Manage is used automatically).
  4. Continue with Configuration: connection, sender address, shipping methods, cron.

Replace the files or upload the new version. The built-in upgrade synchronizer repairs the services and settings in place; credentials, shipments and logs are kept.

Uninstalling drops the add-on tables and removes the Colissimo shipping services and the shipping methods that use them. Labels already printed stay valid at Colissimo; export what you need first.

The same package serves CS-Cart, CS-Cart Ultimate, Multi-Vendor and Multi-Vendor Ultimate. In Multi-Vendor see Configuration for owner mode and vendor accounts.
