Installation

Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- CS-Cart or CS-Cart Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x.
- PHP 7.2.5 – 8.3, as supported by your CS-Cart version.
- A license key from cs-cart.kaviolabs.com or a CS-Cart Marketplace license number.
Install
Section titled “Install”- In the admin panel open Add-ons → Manage add-ons, click the gear button and choose Manual installation.
- Upload
kv_product_questions_answers-1.0.0.zipand click Upload & install. - Open the add-on, go to the License tab and enter your license key. Click Check now.
- Open any product on the storefront: the Questions & answers tab is there. New questions wait in Products → Product questions until you publish them.
- Optional: review the settings (auto-publishing, customer answers, spam protection); see Configuration.
The add-on creates the product tab Questions & answers for every storefront. You can move or rename it in Design → Product tabs like any other tab.
If Kavio Photo & Video Reviews is installed with its own Q&A, the Product questions page offers Move questions and switch its Q&A off. See Usage.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”Upload the new version over the installed one (Manual installation) or install the upgrade package in Administration → Upgrade center. Questions, answers, votes and settings are kept; missing tables and settings are added automatically on the next admin page you open.
Uninstalling
Section titled “Uninstalling”Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Product Questions & Answers → Uninstall removes the questions, answers, votes, the settings, the product tab, the e-mail templates, the vendor privileges and the texts. Export or note anything you want to keep before uninstalling. To hide the Q&A temporarily, switch the add-on off instead: everything is kept.
