Usage

The add-on adds five fields to the contact section of the profile and of the checkout: RFC, Legal name (razon social), Fiscal postal code, Tax regime and CFDI use. A customer who wants an invoice fills them in; a customer who leaves the RFC empty is invoiced in the global invoice. On the order page (tab CFDI) you can correct the fiscal data of that order; the RFC format and the other fields are checked when the CFDI is built.

  1. When an order with an RFC reaches the issue status, its document is queued. You can also press Issue CFDI (Ingreso) on the order page.
  2. The cron run builds the CFDI, validates the XML against the SAT schema and sends it to your PAC. When the PAC answers, the document shows the fiscal folio (UUID) and the order list shows the status.
  3. If the data is incomplete or the PAC rejects the CFDI, the reason is shown in the tab. Fix the data and press Issue again.
  4. View / print opens the printable representation (with the SAT verification QR code; use the browser’s print dialog to save it as a PDF); Download XML gives the stamped XML.

When an order reaches the credit status, a credit note for the whole invoice is created. For a partial refund open the order tab, type the amount including IVA and press Create credit note. The credit notes of one invoice can never exceed its total. An order that is part of a global invoice gets a partial credit note on the global invoice.

In the order tab choose the SAT motive and press Cancel CFDI:

  • 01 needs the replacement CFDI (issue it first, then pick it in the list).
  • 02 errors without a replacement; 03 the operation did not take place; 04 operations included in a global invoice.
  • If the receiver has to accept the cancellation, the document shows “Cancellation pending”. When your PAC or the SAT shows it accepted, press Mark as cancelled.
  • Cancelling a global invoice releases its orders; issue the individual CFDI of the order afterwards, then create the global invoice again for the period.

With Create global invoices automatically on, the cron run invoices the period that just closed: all orders with the chosen status, in that period, without an individual CFDI and without a customer RFC. You can also create it by hand on the CFDI 4.0 page (period and date). A period is invoiced once; the orders are listed in the document. The SAT sets a short deadline after the end of the period: keep the cron running.

  • Jobs: counts per state, the list with the last error, Retry, Remove and Run the queue now.
  • Log: filter and export what happened and when.
  • Connection: credentials, PAC and issuer data, Test connection.
