Does Agora work with my add-ons?
Section titled “Does Agora work with my add-ons?”Yes. Agora is a child of the standard Responsive theme and does not override product, cart or checkout templates, so add-on hooks keep working. Kavio Labs add-ons are styled to match each style.
Does it work on CS-Cart?
Section titled “Does it work on CS-Cart?”No. Agora is built around vendors and their offers (sellers per item, seller badges, store cards), so the add-on only installs on Multi-Vendor and Multi-Vendor Ultimate.
Why does a card not show “N sellers from”?
Section titled “Why does a card not show “N sellers from”?”The item needs offers from at least two active vendors: master products, or the same value in the offers feature
(default GTIN). See Usage.
Why are there no coupon tickets?
Section titled “Why are there no coupon tickets?”Tickets show active cart promotions with a coupon code. Check the promotion status, its dates and that the coupon code condition is set.
Why is there no clock on the flash sale?
Section titled “Why is there no clock on the flash sale?”The clock needs a catalog promotion with an end date on the products of the Flash sale block.
Where do the seller badges come from?
Section titled “Where do the seller badges come from?”From the vendor reviews: Top seller 4.7+ from at least 3 reviews, Rated seller 4.0+, New shop within 60 days.
Can I turn off Buy now or the coupon tickets?
Section titled “Can I turn off Buy now or the coupon tickets?”Yes, in the Agora settings.
What happens without a licence?
Section titled “What happens without a licence?”A new installation works for 14 days. After that, without a valid licence, the storefront shows the standard Responsive look; cart, checkout and orders keep working and visitors see no message. The admin panel tells you why and how to fix it. See Configuration.
Does the theme work on my staging copy?
Section titled “Does the theme work on my staging copy?”Yes. Subdomains of your licensed domain and local development hosts are covered by the same licence.
What happens if your licence server is down?
Section titled “What happens if your licence server is down?”Nothing visible: the theme keeps the last verified result and keeps working for 14 days while it retries.
Will an update overwrite my changes?
Section titled “Will an update overwrite my changes?”No. Files you changed are kept (a notice lists them), and layouts and blocks are never replaced.
