Cdiscount Marketplace Connector
Edition: CS-Cart & Multi-Vendor · Latest version: 1.0.0 · Compatible with: CS-Cart & Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x, PHP 7.4 – 8.3 · Changelog: view
Integrates CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor with Cdiscount Marketplace, one of the largest French marketplaces, through the official Octopia Seller API (Octopia runs the Cdiscount marketplace platform). Your products become Cdiscount offers with euro prices and stock, products whose EAN is not in the Cdiscount catalogue can be created from your French texts, new Cdiscount orders are accepted and imported as CS-Cart orders, and your CS-Cart shipments report the tracking number back. You use your own Cdiscount seller account.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”- Offers matched by EAN. Each mapped product becomes an offer (seller reference, EAN, condition, euro price with VAT, eco-participation and DEEE amounts, delivery modes with your shipping prices, preparation time, stock), sent in offer packages and checked per offer.
- Catalogue products (optional). The add-on looks every EAN up in the Cdiscount catalogue once. With “Create missing products” on, products that are not there are submitted from your French name and description, images, brand, Cdiscount category and mapped properties; the offer goes out once Octopia has integrated the product.
- Prices in euros, VAT included. Net CS-Cart prices get the VAT first, prices in another currency are converted with your rate or the CS-Cart currency table, then your markup and price endings run on the euro price. Optional strike-through price.
- Stock and price sync. A sale, a refund or an edit in CS-Cart reaches Cdiscount with the next sync (every 15 minutes by default), with a stock buffer and minimum. Only changed offers are sent; everything again once a day.
- Order acceptance. New Cdiscount orders wait for the seller’s answer. The add-on accepts an order when every product is mapped, active and in stock, or leaves it on the Orders page with the reason for you to accept or refuse (or you decide every order yourself).
- Order import. An accepted order is imported once Cdiscount gives the delivery address (status “in preparation”): buyer, address with French accents intact, prices as sold, the Cdiscount shipping charge, the ship-by date, never twice (also with parallel cron runs).
- Shipments with tracking, line by line. Only a CS-Cart shipment with a tracking number reports an order line shipped (with your carrier mapping); setting an order to Complete never reports anything by itself. Multi-Vendor child orders and partial shipments report their own lines.
- Cancellations. A cancellation at Cdiscount is followed in CS-Cart; an accepted order you cannot ship is cancelled from the Orders page with the reason you chose.
- Multi-Vendor. One account for the marketplace owner, or one Cdiscount account per vendor in the vendor panel.
What it does not do
Section titled “What it does not do”- Returns of seller-shipped orders: the Seller API returns routes belong to the Octopia Fulfilment service; returns stay in the Cdiscount seller portal.
- Orders shipped by the Octopia Fulfilment service are not imported (Octopia ships them).
- Partial cancellation, commercial gestures, invoice upload and buyer discussions: not in 1.0 (the seller portal does them).
- Product variations are offered as separate products (each with its own EAN).
Compatibility
Section titled “Compatibility”- CS-Cart, CS-Cart Ultimate, Multi-Vendor and Multi-Vendor Ultimate 4.17.2 to 4.21.x; PHP 7.4 to 8.3 (as your CS-Cart version allows).
- A Cdiscount seller account with Octopia API credentials (client ID, client secret, seller ID from the Octopia developer portal).
- A cron job (a command line or a secret web address; see Configuration).
