Sendcloud shipping for CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor: carrier rates at checkout, a service point picker, labels (PDF, ZPL, PNG) and tracking from the order page, bulk labels, cancellation, and one Sendcloud account per vendor or one for the whole marketplace.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”- Rates at checkout. Two shipping service kinds under the carrier “Sendcloud”: home delivery and service point. The price comes from your Sendcloud account (Sendcloud shipping options with quotes), so it follows your carrier contracts or Sendcloud prices. Choose the cheapest or the fastest option, limit the carriers, pin one exact option, add a markup, free shipping above an amount, a fallback rate.
- Service point picker. For service point methods the customer chooses a pick-up point (shop or parcel locker) at checkout in a list and map dialog. The chosen point is stored with the order and shown in the admin order, on invoices and in order e-mails.
- Labels from the order page. One click creates the Sendcloud shipment and the label as PDF, ZPL (thermal printers) or PNG. Automatic labels at an order status are optional. Bulk labels for many orders from the orders list, and one download for the new labels.
- Tracking. The tracking number becomes a regular CS-Cart shipment; the status follows Sendcloud through a scheduled check and the Sendcloud webhook.
- Cancel a label from the order page. Return portal link of the shipment.
- Multi-Vendor. Marketplace owner mode (one Sendcloud account for the marketplace, labels ship from each vendor’s address) or one account per vendor in the vendor panel.
- Credentials are stored encrypted; a job queue with automatic retries; a log with filters and CSV export.

- Uses the Sendcloud API v3 (HTTP Basic authentication with your public and secret key).
- The queue needs a cron job (a command line or a secret web address; see Configuration).
