Does it slow the store down?
Section titled “Does it slow the store down?”The page gets the bars as a small block of data and one small script. A request to the store happens only when a bar targets customer groups or countries.
Can I use HTML in a message?
Section titled “Can I use HTML in a message?”No. Messages are plain text with an optional link, so a message cannot break the page.
How does it know the country?
Section titled “How does it know the country?”From a CDN header such as Cloudflare CF-IPCountry, or from the profile of a signed-in customer. There is no paid lookup service.
Can I show a bar only to new visitors?
Section titled “Can I show a bar only to new visitors?”Not in this version. Use customer groups for guests or signed-in customers.
Why did my bar not show?
Section titled “Why did my bar not show?”Check the dates, the pages, the groups and the countries. A visitor who closed it does not see it until you save the bar again. Only the highest priority bar shows per position.
Does it work with my theme?
Section titled “Does it work with my theme?”It needs the index:body template hook, which the Responsive theme and themes built on it have.
