“Test connection” fails

• “Allegro is not authorized yet”: press Connect to Allegro and complete the code entry.
• “The Allegro authorization has expired or was revoked”: connect again. This also happens when the cron did not run for three months.
• Check the mode: sandbox credentials only work in test mode and live credentials only in live mode.
• Check for spaces before or after the client ID and secret.
• The Log tab shows the Allegro answer (masked).
• Your server must be able to reach Allegro over HTTPS (outgoing port 443) and have a current CA bundle.

An offer is refused

The Listings page shows the reason from Allegro. Frequent ones: a missing required parameter (map it on the Attributes page), a name outside 3 to 75 characters, an image Allegro cannot download, a missing delivery price list, return policy or implied warranty ID (Connection page).

An order is not imported

• Orders that are not paid or whose checkout form is not complete stay at Allegro until Allegro marks them ready for processing.
• “No product mapping for barcode …”: the offer’s external ID is not a mapped product. Map the product with that barcode; the import is retried.

Nothing happens after an order changes status

• Check Settings > General > Enable and the order status settings.
• Check the license status bar on the add-on pages.
• Open Jobs: queued jobs wait for cron. If the counts never change, the cron job is not running; run the command from the settings page by hand once.

A job is “Waiting to retry” or “Gave up”

The last error is shown in the list. Fix the cause (authorization, data, Allegro outage or rate limit) and press Retry. Jobs are retried automatically after 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours and 12 hours before they give up.

The cron address answers “Forbidden”

The key in the address is wrong. Copy the address again from the settings page.
