Full Page Cache Pro
Add-on ID: kv_full_page_cache · Edition: CS-Cart & Multi-Vendor · Latest version: 1.0.0 · Compatible with: CS-Cart & Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x, PHP 7.4 – 8.3 · Changelog: view
Full Page Cache Pro stores finished storefront pages as compressed files and sends them to guests in a few milliseconds of PHP work, without Varnish, Redis or a server change. It was designed around one rule: a page that belongs to one visitor must never reach another. Anything the add-on does not recognise means “no cache”, and the visitor gets a normal page.
Key features
Section titled “Key features”- Works on normal hosting. PHP and files only. No Varnish, no Redis, no licence plan requirement.
- Sent before other add-ons load. On our test store that is what brought a page from about 600 ms to about 40 ms.
- Fails closed. Signed in customers, carts, wish lists, compare lists, saved sessions, pending messages and any session data the add-on does not know skip the cache.
- Stored only from clean visits. A page is stored only after checks on the finished response: status, cookies, messages, session id, visitor IP and form tokens.
- Your own form token per visitor. The token is replaced in every page sent, so forms keep working and no token is shared.
- Separate copies per host, storefront, language, currency, device (desktop, tablet, phone), WebP support and URL.
- Product level purges. A change to a price, stock, description or option drops only the pages that show the product, wherever the change came from: admin panel, vendor panel, import, API or a placed order.
- Warmer. Requests your most important pages from the admin panel or a nightly cron job, on desktop and phone, so the first visitor already gets a fast page.
- Disk limit with oldest-first removal. Damaged files are detected and treated as a miss.
- Plain answers. The
X-Kv-Fpcresponse header and the admin page say HIT, MISS or BYPASS with the reason. - Stays out of the way of the core cache: while the core Varnish add-on of 4.21 is active, this one switches itself off.
Measured results
Section titled “Measured results”Measured on our own test store, not a promise for your store: Multi-Vendor 4.17.2, PHP 8.1 on a Windows development PC, demo catalog, 140 active add-ons, block cache warm, 15 requests per page, median time to first byte.
| Page | Normal page | Stored page, OPcache on | Normal page, OPcache off | Stored page, OPcache off |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Home | 519 ms | 42 ms | 892 ms | 111 ms |
| Category | 629 ms | 31 ms | 998 ms | 101 ms |
| Product | 650 ms | 41 ms | 1152 ms | 108 ms |
With an add-on that must see every request (see Developer notes) pages are sent later: 340 to 370 ms on the same store with OPcache on. A store with fewer add-ons has less to save, so its ratio will be lower. Only guests who may use the cache get these times; a signed in customer or a guest with a cart gets a normal page.

Compatibility
Section titled “Compatibility”- CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x.
- PHP 7.4 to 8.3, depending on your CS-Cart version. OPcache is strongly recommended.
- The PHP zlib extension and a writable
var/folder.
License
Section titled “License”The add-on works for 14 days without a key. Then enter your license key in the card at the top of the add-on page.

Without a valid license pages are no longer stored or sent from the cache, and the storefront keeps working at its normal speed.
