Usage

  1. The customer chooses PayU at checkout, is redirected to the PayU payment page (cards, BLIK, bank transfers and other methods your POS offers), pays and returns to the order.
  2. The order is marked paid after the add-on has read the payment back from PayU. If the customer never returns, the queue checks pending payments every few minutes.
  3. Open the order and the PayU payment tab to see the status, the payment reference and the refunds.
  4. To refund, enter an amount (empty = everything that is left) and a reason on that tab. Refunds are sent once; a repeated click never refunds twice.
  • Jobs: counts per state, the list with the last error, Retry, Remove and Run the queue now.
  • Log: filter and export what happened and when.
  • Connection: test and live credentials, Test connection, webhook URL.
