Bring Shipping: Pickup Points, Labels & Returns

Edition: CS-Cart & Multi-Vendor · Latest version: 1.0.0 · Compatible with: CS-Cart & Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x, PHP 7.4 – 8.3 · Changelog: view

Bring Shipping integrates CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor with Bring (Posten Bring) for shops that ship from Norway, Sweden or Denmark to the Nordic countries and beyond. It uses your own Mybring user, API key and Bring customer number: you pay Bring directly under your own agreement.

What it does:

  • Live Bring prices at the checkout. The Shipping Guide API prices each parcel for your customer number (your agreement price when your Mybring user has the financial right, otherwise the list price). The price is converted into your store currency with your own currency rates, and you can add a mark-up. You can also set your own flat price or weight table instead.
  • Delivery dates. The same Shipping Guide answer gives the expected delivery date, shown under the shipping method.
  • Pickup points and parcel lockers. Customers choose a Bring pickup point near their delivery address. The list comes from the Pickup Point API, and the store checks the chosen point on the server.
  • Bookings and labels. You book from the order page, or automatically when the order reaches a status you choose. Bring returns the shipment number, the tracking link and a PDF label, which the store saves.
  • Returns. You can book a free return label together with Norwegian domestic parcels (Bring invoices it only if it is used), or create a return label later from the order page.
  • Tracking. Shipments are tracked with the Tracking API until delivery, and the status shows on the order page. You can record the shipment number as a CS-Cart shipment so the customer sees the tracking link.
  • Test mode. Test bookings carry Bring’s test indicator: Bring checks them and returns a label, but creates no real shipment and sends no invoice.
  • Multi-Vendor. In marketplace owner mode, one Bring connection serves all vendors. With owner mode off, each vendor connects their own Mybring user and customer number.

Services: inside Norway 5800 Pickup parcel, 5600 Parcel home plus, 3584 Home mailbox parcel and 5000 Business parcel. From Sweden or Denmark, or from Norway across borders: 0340 PickUp Parcel, 0349 Home Delivery Parcel and 0330 Business Parcel. You can enter any other service id of your agreement on a shipping method.
