Usage
First setup (once)
Section titled “First setup (once)”- Categories: search the Trendyol category tree (names are Turkish, searching ignores accents), pick a leaf category, choose the CS-Cart category it belongs to and, if you like, a markup and a brand ID for it. A product uses the deepest mapped category on its path.
- Attributes: for each mapped Trendyol category the attributes Trendyol requires are listed (colour, size, material …). Map each to a CS-Cart product feature or give a fixed value. Feature values are matched with the allowed Trendyol values by name (accents and case ignored); free text is sent only where Trendyol allows it.
- Rules: markup, price endings, stock buffer, default brand, VAT, status mapping, shipping options (see Configuration).
Listings
Section titled “Listings”- Add products: by product ID with a barcode (empty = product code), or Add all products of this category. Tick Already on Trendyol to link a product that exists there under the same barcode.
- The sync creates products that are not on Trendyol yet (state “Not listed yet” > “Waiting for Trendyol” > “Live on Trendyol”). Trendyol answers asynchronously; the add-on reads the batch result and shows the reason per product in the Last error column (for example a missing required attribute or an unknown brand). Fix the data and press Retry.
- Stock and price of live products are pushed when a product is saved and at least hourly. Sync now queues an immediate run.
- One CS-Cart product becomes one Trendyol product with one barcode. Product options are not sent as Trendyol variants. Changes of title, description or images after creation are not pushed to Trendyol in this version; stock and price are.
Orders
Section titled “Orders”- New Trendyol packages become CS-Cart orders once: buyer name and e-mail, the delivery and invoice address (district and city, postal code, phone), company and tax number for commercial buyers, prices as sold on Trendyol, and a note with the Trendyol order and package number.
- A package whose barcode is not mapped is not imported; the Orders tab shows the reason and the import is retried every hour.
- Later status changes on Trendyol (Picking, Invoiced, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled, Returned) follow into CS-Cart through the status mapping.
- When a CS-Cart shipment exists the add-on reports Picking (optionally an invoice number) and, with “I ship with my own carrier”, the tracking link.
- Cannot supply on the Orders tab cancels the package at Trendyol with a reason code (Trendyol accepts 500, 501, 502, 504, 505, 506; see its seller documentation for their meaning).
Returns
Section titled “Returns”The Returns tab lists Trendyol claims with the items, reasons and status, linked to the CS-Cart order (a note is added to the order). Approve accepts the items that wait for you.
Jobs, log and connection
Section titled “Jobs, log and connection”- Jobs: counts per state, the list with the last error, Retry, Remove and Run the queue now.
- Log: filter and export what happened and when, per barcode and order.
- Connection: credentials, Test connection, Register webhook at Trendyol.
