Issues receipts, VAT invoices and corrections in Fakturownia from your CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor orders, with PDFs in the customer account, an encrypted API token, a job queue with retries and a log.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”- Creates a document in Fakturownia when an order reaches the status you choose: a VAT invoice when the buyer gave a NIP (or an EU VAT number), a receipt for everybody else. Both choices are settings.
- Marks the document as paid when the order reaches the payment status.
- Issues a correction for a refunded order, and for the accepted items of a completed return (RMA add-on).
- Shows the document number, a PDF download and a “send by e-mail through Fakturownia” button on the order page; customers download their invoice PDF in their account. The store never sends mail itself: the e-mail goes out from Fakturownia only when an administrator presses the button.
- Optionally asks Fakturownia to send VAT invoices for companies to KSeF when it creates them. Fakturownia does the transmission on its side (see its KSeF guide); the add-on shows the status Fakturownia reports.
- Remembers what was sent so nothing is created twice; an issued document is never rewritten.
- The API token is stored encrypted; test and live accounts are separate; “Test connection” checks them.
- A job queue with automatic retries (5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours, 12 hours), a log with filters and CSV export.
- Multi-Vendor: one Fakturownia account for the whole marketplace, or one account per vendor in the vendor panel (the vendor’s own API token).
