Installation
Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 or later (tested up to 4.21.2), PHP 7.4 to 8.3 as your CS-Cart version allows.
- The store’s primary currency must be EUR.
- Administrator access to the admin panel.
- The consultant number (Beraternummer) and client number (Mandantennummer) your tax adviser uses for your company.
Install the add-on
Section titled “Install the add-on”- Download the
kv_datev_export-<version>.zippackage from your Kavio Labs or CS-Cart Marketplace account. - In the admin panel, open Add-ons → Manage add-ons.
- Click the gear button and choose Manual installation, then upload the archive.
- Find DATEV Export for Accounting in the list and make sure its status is Active.
- Enter the license key in the add-on’s License section (or let the Marketplace license number from Add-ons → Manage be used).
- Open Orders → DATEV export → Accounting settings and follow Configuration.
Update
Section titled “Update”- Upload the new package the same way. Your settings, debtor numbers and export history are kept; the add-on repairs its own tables and language variables on the first request after the files were replaced.
- Clear the cache: Administration → Storage → Clear cache.

Uninstall
Section titled “Uninstall”Open Add-ons → Manage add-ons, click the add-on’s gear button and choose Uninstall. Uninstalling removes the add-on’s settings, language variables and database tables (settings, debtor numbers, export history). Export files you downloaded or that were written to a server folder are not touched.
