Automated Review Requests asks your customers for a product review a few days after their order is delivered. The e-mail shows each product with five stars: one tap on a star opens a review page with that rating already chosen, no login needed. The review is saved in your store’s own product reviews, marked as a verified purchase, and follows your moderation settings. CS-Cart itself never asks customers for reviews; this add-on does it for you, measures the result and can thank reviewers with a coupon.
- Timing: send after the order reaches the statuses you choose (for example Complete), after a delay in days, with one optional reminder.
- One-click rating: five star links per product in the e-mail, a review page without login (rating, comment, pros and cons, display name), or the product page’s reviews tab if you prefer.
- Works with your reviews: saves to core Product reviews (CS-Cart 4.16+) or to Comments and reviews; reviews written on the product page after a request are counted too. Photo & Video Reviews can add its fields to the review page.
- Reward coupons (optional): one unique code per order after the review is approved (or submitted), from a promotion you choose; codes are single-use and expire. The reward never depends on the rating.
- Respectful sending: unsubscribe link in every e-mail, optional checkbox at checkout (ticked or unticked), one request per customer every N days, skip products already reviewed, minimum order total, exclusions by category, product, user group and vendor.
- Store-safe: orders are only queued at the status change; e-mails go out from cron in batches, so checkout never waits for the mail server.
- Statistics: sent, open rate, click rate, reviews, average rating, rating distribution, products and rewards for 7, 30 or 90 days, plus a request log with a timeline and an e-mail preview for each request.
- Test e-mail to any address with working links, and “Queue orders of the last 30/90 days” for orders placed before you installed the add-on.
- Multi-Vendor: one request per vendor order; vendors see the requests and statistics of their own orders. CS-Cart Ultimate: settings per storefront.
