Connects CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor to Colissimo (La Poste) through its official web services: labels (PDF or ZPL) and CN23 customs forms from the order page, pickup point choice at the checkout with the Colissimo widget, return labels and timeline tracking.

What it does

Labels. Creates a Colissimo parcel and its label with the shipping web service (SLS, generateLabel) from the order page, or automatically when the order reaches a status you choose. The label is stored with the order (PDF 10x15 or A4, or ZPL 203 / 300 dpi for thermal printers) and is never resized.
Services. Three shipping services, each its own shipping method with your own price: Home delivery without signature (DOM), Home delivery with signature (DOS) and Pickup point (HD, Colissimo Out of Home). For Overseas France the add-on sends COM and CDS instead of DOM and DOS by itself.
Pickup points. At the checkout the customer opens the official Colissimo widget (map and list) and chooses a post office, shop or locker. With a web services application key the widget runs; without one a built-in list shows the points near the delivery address. Either way the choice is looked up again on the server before it is saved.
Customs. Parcels to Overseas France and to countries outside the European Union get the CN23 data from the order lines (description, quantity, weight, net value in euros, HS code, origin) and the CN23 PDF is stored with the label.
Returns. A return label (Colissimo Return France, product code CORE) with one click, optionally with the label link e-mailed by Colissimo to the customer.
Tracking. The timeline tracking web service is read by cron; the order shows the status and the events, and the customer’s shipment carries a tracking link with the real parcel number.
Safe by design. Label requests are saved before they are sent, run under a per-order lock and are never repeated blindly after a timeout.
Multi-Vendor. One marketplace account or one account per vendor, vendor privileges per action. Works in CS-Cart, CS-Cart Ultimate, Multi-Vendor and Multi-Vendor Ultimate.

What you need

A Colissimo business contract with web service access (the contract is not included). Colissimo has no sandbox and no test accounts: the add-on offers a check-only mode instead, see Configuration.
CS-Cart 4.17.2 to 4.21.x, PHP 7.4 to 8.3, the cURL extension and cron.
