Vendor Analytics Dashboard gives every vendor a real analytics page in the vendor panel and gives the marketplace administrator a side-by-side comparison of all vendors. The core vendor dashboard shows a few totals; this add-on answers the questions vendors actually ask: what sells, what is viewed but not bought, who the best customers are, how much was refunded, and what the payouts and balance look like, compared with the previous period.
- Vendor panel → Orders → Analytics: revenue, orders, average order value, items sold, customers and returning customers, product views, cart adds, view-to-order rate and refunds, each with the change against the comparison period.
- A sales chart (revenue, orders or product views) with the comparison period as a dashed line, and a table view.
- Orders by status, payouts and balance from core vendor accounting, top products, most viewed products (with conversion), top customers.
- An anonymous marketplace benchmark: the vendor’s revenue, average order value and conversion next to the marketplace median.
- Date ranges (7, 30, 90 days, this or last month, this year, last 12 months, custom dates) and comparison with the previous period or the same period last year.
- CSV export of every list.
- Admin panel → Orders → Vendor analytics: all vendors with revenue, share, growth, orders, average order value, items, customers, views, conversion, refunds and commission; sorting, search, status and plan filters, CSV export, and each vendor’s dashboard exactly as the vendor sees it.
- Strict data isolation: a vendor only ever sees its own orders, products, customers and payouts.
- Built for large marketplaces: aggregate queries on indexed columns, a configurable result cache, and a lightweight per-day view counter.

Compatibility
Section titled “Compatibility”- CS-Cart Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x (tested on Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 and 4.21.2, including the 4.21 full page cache). Installing on CS-Cart (Standard/Ultimate) is refused by the edition check.
- PHP 7.2.5 – 8.3, depending on your CS-Cart version.
- Works with the bundled Vendor plans (commission figures), Vendor privileges (access per vendor user group), RMA (return requests) and Vendor panel configurator (menu) add-ons when they are active; none of them is required.
