Usage

  1. The customer chooses Tpay at checkout, pays on the Tpay payment page (BLIK, bank, card) and returns to the order.
  2. Tpay sends a notification signed with JWS; the add-on checks signature, checksum and merchant, answers TRUE, reads the transaction back and marks the order paid when amount, currency and reference match. If the notification is lost, the customer’s return or the queue (every few minutes, for three days) reads the transaction back.
  3. Open the order and the Tpay payment tab to see the status, the Tpay transaction id and the refunds.
  4. To refund, enter an amount (empty = everything that is left) and a reason on that tab. A full refund of an untouched payment is sent as the documented empty request; the refund then follows Tpay’s own states (pending, processed, done; a cancelled refund gives the amount back to the balance). A refund made in the Tpay panel is picked up by the next read-back.
  5. A payment whose notified or read-back amount or currency differs from the order is not marked paid: its job stops with an error in Jobs and the order stays unpaid for you to check.
  • Jobs: counts per state, the list with the last error, Retry, Remove and Run the queue now.
  • Log: filter and export what happened and when.
  • Connection: test and live credentials, merchant ID, Test connection, notification URL.
