Usage
Daily use
Section titled “Daily use”- Map a CS-Cart category to the Match entry on Categories, set the rules, then map a product with its barcode on Listings. The barcode is the SKU on Walmart and must be a GTIN (8, 12, 13 or 14 digits).
- The offer is sent in one feed per batch; the list shows “Waiting” until Walmart has processed the feed, then “Live”, or Walmart’s own message when the item was not accepted (for example, the GTIN is not in the Walmart catalog).
- Stock and price are pushed on the schedule and whenever a mapped product is saved; Sync now queues an immediate push and order import.
- New Walmart orders appear as CS-Cart orders once and are acknowledged at Walmart. Create a shipment with a tracking number in CS-Cart and it is sent to Walmart (Ship Order Lines).
- On Orders, Cannot supply cancels the lines at Walmart with the reason you choose.
- Returns lists Walmart return orders; refunds are issued in Seller Center.
- Use Only errors in the listings to fix products Walmart rejected.
Jobs, log and connection
Section titled “Jobs, log and connection”- Jobs: counts per state, the list with the last error, Retry, Remove and Run the queue now.
- Log: filter and export what happened and when.
- Connection: test and live credentials and Test connection.
The Walmart API limits how often some calls may be made (for example 100 single price updates per hour and 200 inventory updates per minute for default accounts). The add-on spaces its calls, reads the throttling headers and retries; a large first sync can therefore take a while.
