Usage

  1. Offer Sendcloud in shipping methods. The customer sees the live Sendcloud price at checkout; with a service point method the customer also chooses a pick-up point (list and map) and cannot place the order without one.
  2. Open the order and the Sendcloud label and tracking tab and click Create label, or let the add-on do it at the status you chose. Optional fields: a weight in kg and a Sendcloud shipping option code; empty means the product weights and the choice of the shipping method.
  3. Download the label (PDF, ZPL or PNG, as set) from the tab or from the shipment list.
  4. Tracking is refreshed automatically and by the Sendcloud webhook; use Refresh tracking for an immediate check. The tracking number is also a regular CS-Cart shipment, so the customer sees it.
  5. Cancel label asks Sendcloud to cancel. Sendcloud answers either at once or “queued” (it keeps trying for up to 14 days); the status follows automatically. A new label can be created after a cancellation.
  6. Return portal opens the return portal of the shipment’s brand in your Sendcloud account, when one is set up.

On Orders, tick the orders and choose Create Sendcloud labels in the bulk actions (up to 40 orders per run). The result shows created, failed and skipped orders; Download new labels gives one ZIP (PDF / PNG) or one printer file (ZPL). On Orders > Sendcloud shipments you can tick any labels and download them the same way.

A service point method shows a card under the method with Choose a point. The dialog searches by postcode or town (the shipping address first), filters by type and shows the points on an OpenStreetMap map. The chosen point is saved with the order and the label is bought with the carrier of that point. Carriers that need a post number for the recipient are not supported in version 1.0.
