Advanced Commission Rules is a commission rule engine for Multi-Vendor marketplaces. It works on top of the core commission of Vendor plans (percent + fixed fee per plan) and Vendor plans: Commissions by category (percent per category and plan). You describe the exceptions as rules; everything else keeps the plan commission.
- Rules by vendor, vendor plan, category (with or without subcategories), product, product price range, order subtotal range, monthly vendor sales (volume tiers) and order date range (promotional periods).
- A percent of the commission base and/or a fixed amount per order, with a minimum and a maximum commission per order.
- Per rule: include shipping, include taxes, and calculate before or after discounts.
- When several rules match a product, the most specific one wins (or the one with the lowest priority number, as you choose).
- The vendor payout of a new order gets the rule-based commission, so the vendor balance, the Accounting page, the vendor panel and payment add-ons that split payments by the payout commission use it.
- Order edits and refunds adjust the commission. Orders placed earlier are never recalculated by themselves; an explicit tool recalculates selected orders with a preview.
- Admin pages: rule list and editor, commission simulator, commission report with CSV export, recalculation tool, and a commission breakdown on the order page.
- Vendor panel: a read-only My commission rates page.

Compatibility
Section titled “Compatibility”- CS-Cart Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x (tested on 4.17.2 and 4.21.2). Installing on CS-Cart (Ultimate/Standard) is refused by the edition check.
- PHP 7.2.5 – 8.3, depending on your CS-Cart version.
- Requires the bundled Vendor plans add-on (installed by default in Multi-Vendor). Rules apply to vendors that have a vendor plan.
