Section titled “[1.0.0] - 2026-11-06”- Retail delivery fee as its own labelled line in the cart, checkout, order page, order e-mail and invoice, one fee per delivery (per vendor shipment on Multi-Vendor).
- Rate table with effective dates; Colorado (0.31 per delivery) and Minnesota (0.50 per delivery of 100 or more taxable goods) preloaded; small-retailer exemption toggle, no-fee shipping methods and a strike-on-cancel rule per rate.
- Filing report per state and month with CSV export.
- All-in price display on product, category and cart pages with per-state switches and start dates (CA, MA, CO, CT, VA, RI, MN, IL), loaded after the page so the full page cache stays valid.
- Compliance check page for fee setups that would stay out of a displayed price.
- Optional fee row for the invoice and summary documents, and the document variable
kvf. - Domain-bound license check and the self-healing Upgrade Synchronizer.
