Usage

Marketing > WhatsApp Commerce shows, for the period you choose:

  • Recovered revenue: orders placed (cart, back in stock) or paid (payment reminder) within the attribution window after a WhatsApp message.
  • COD orders confirmed: total of the orders the customer confirmed with the button, and the number cancelled before shipping.
  • Messages sent and Replies (button taps and answers).
  • Flows: sent, replies, result, revenue and “not sent” (no phone, no opt-in, opted out, no template) per flow, with the add-on that serves it.
  • Messages per Meta category per month (marketing, utility, service) and recipients by calling code. Meta charges per delivered template message by category and country; use these figures with the rate card in WhatsApp Manager.
  • Latest messages with their delivery state.

Run now runs the cart, payment and review flows at once (the cron does the same every 15 minutes).

Marketing > WhatsApp Commerce > Messages lists every message of the add-on: flow, order, recipient, template, Meta category, delivery state from the queue of Order Notifications (queued, sent, delivered, read, failed), and the outcome (confirmed, cancelled, order, replied, link opened). Filter by flow and status. The provider answers are in the log of Order Notifications.

Marketing > WhatsApp Commerce > Templates shows a ready template text per flow with its category and buttons, the parameter list you configured, the variables you can use and the approval state of the template name (Approved, Not approved yet, Not synced). Enter a phone number and press Send test to send the template with sample values (marketing templates need the number’s opt-in).

Steps for a new template:

  1. Copy the text into a new template in WhatsApp Manager (same placeholders, same buttons).
  2. Wait for Meta’s approval.
  3. Press Sync templates in Order Notifications.
  4. Enter the template name in the flow’s settings tab.
  • COD: “Hi Ann, thank you for order #1042 ($59.00, cash on delivery). Please confirm it …” with two buttons. A tap confirms or cancels; the customer gets a short answer, the order page shows “Confirmed by the buyer · WhatsApp” (Order Risk Guard) or a staff note (built-in).
  • Cart: the restore link opens the cart with its products and, with Abandoned Cart Recovery Pro, applies the coupon.
  • Payment: the link opens the order page where the customer can pay again.
  • Review: the review link of Review Request Emails or the product reviews tab.
  • Stock: the product page.

Any message can be answered with STOP to opt out.
