Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 to 4.21.x, PHP 7.4 to 8.3 with the
curlextension. - A Klaviyo account with a private API key, or a Brevo account with an API key (v3). Their plans and limits apply.
- Recommended: a cron job (every 5 to 15 minutes).
Install
Section titled “Install”- Download the package
kv_email_connect-<version>.zip. - In the admin panel open Add-ons > Manage add-ons, click the gear button and choose Manual installation. Upload the zip.
- Open the add-on settings and enter your license key in the License tab (or the Marketplace license number in Add-ons > Manage).
- Continue with Configuration.
Cron job
Section titled “Cron job”php /path/to/store/admin.php --dispatch=kv_email_connect.cronThe exact command with your path is shown in the settings and on the dashboard. HTTP alternative: https://your-store/admin.php?dispatch=kv_email_connect.cron&cron_password=<cron password> (Settings > Security). Without cron, jobs are sent right after each page (setting “Send right after each page”) and with Send now.
Uninstall
Section titled “Uninstall”Uninstalling removes the queue and the consent log. Export the consent log as CSV first if you need it. Profiles, lists and events in Klaviyo or Brevo stay there.
