Section titled “[1.0.0] - 2026-10-22”- Tier ladder where every tier is a customer user group (created hidden, or an existing group linked), so user group prices, promotions, reward points per group and visibility settings work for tiers.
- Automatic tiers by spend and/or number of paid orders in a rolling window or lifetime, with “both” or “either” goals and an entry tier for every customer.
- Upgrades at once; downgrades after a grace period with a “keep your tier” e-mail; option to never downgrade.
- Re-evaluation after order status changes, on registration, by a scheduler (cron, cron URL or admin fallback) and on demand.
- Tier rewards: reward points multiplier (Reward points add-on), store credit cashback (Store Credit Wallet add-on), yearly birthday reward (points, store credit or coupon code) and an early access label for products limited to a tier.
- Birthday field in the customer profile while the Age verification add-on is off.
- My tier page with progress to the next tier, perks (including promotions that target the tier) and the tier ladder; tier badge in the account menu.
- Admin: tier editor, members list with counts, member page with history and rewards, manual tiers with an end date, CSV export and import, tier history report.
- E-mails: tier upgrade, tier downgrade, grace period started, birthday reward.
- Read-only REST API (
/api/kv_loyalty_tiers,/api/kv_loyalty_members) and a PHP API for other add-ons. - Multi-Vendor: marketplace-wide tiers; a checkout split between vendors counts as one order.
- Full page cache ready (CS-Cart 4.21).
