Installation and setup

  • CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 or later (4.21.x supported).
  • Administrator access to the store’s admin panel.
  • A Hepsiburada merchant account with API access: the merchant ID, the API user and API password of your integration, and the integrator name Hepsiburada registered for it (merchant panel, integration settings).
  • Products with images that are reachable from the internet (Hepsiburada downloads them).
  • A public https address for your store (Hepsiburada downloads the invoice from a link on your store).
  • A cron job on your server (see step 5).
  • Optional, for test mode: Hepsiburada’s test environment (SIT). Test access needs a test merchant account and the static IP address of your server registered at Hepsiburada (see “Test mode” below).
  1. Download the kv_hepsiburada-<version>.zip package from your Kavio Labs or CS-Cart Marketplace account.
  2. In the admin panel, open Add-ons > Manage add-ons.
  3. Click the gear button and choose Manual installation, then upload the archive.
  4. Find Hepsiburada Marketplace Connector in the list and make sure its status is Active.
  5. Enter your license key under Settings > License (Kavio Labs downloads) and click Check now.
  1. Open Orders > Hepsiburada channel and the Connection tab.
  2. Enter the API user and API password for the mode you want (Test or Live), the Merchant ID and the Integrator name. Save and click Test connection: a green message shows the merchant ID and the number of listings.
  3. Switch to Live mode only after the connection test passed with the live credentials.
  4. Set up categories, attributes and rules (see Usage).
  5. Add the cron job from the settings page (Cron section), every minute is fine. Overlapping runs are prevented.

Hepsiburada’s test (SIT) hosts are the production hosts with -sit (for example listing-external-sit.hepsiburada.com, oms-external-sit.hepsiburada.com, mpop-sit.hepsiburada.com). They answer with 401 until the outgoing IP address of your server is registered at Hepsiburada, so send that address to Hepsiburada first. Test and live accounts, users and passwords are separate.

By default the marketplace owner connects one account for all vendors (Marketplace owner mode on). Switch it off to let each vendor connect their own Hepsiburada merchant account in the vendor panel (Connection tab); each vendor then maps, lists and ships their own products with their own credentials.

  1. Upload the new package the same way. Your settings, credentials and data are kept.
  2. The add-on adds missing tables and settings by itself on the first request after the update.

See CHANGELOG for what changed in each version.

Open Add-ons > Manage add-ons, click the add-on’s gear button and choose Uninstall. This removes the add-on’s settings, language variables and database tables, including the stored credentials and mappings. Products already listed on Hepsiburada stay there.
