Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft Shopping (Bing), Snapchat, Criteo and idealo, plus a custom feed (CSV, TSV, XML or JSON) with editable column names for any other partner.

No. Feeds are files the channel fetches from your store. You can create feeds, check the preview and the validation report and open the feed URL without any account; you add the URL in the channel when you are ready.

How do I make catalog ads match my pixel events?

Section titled “How do I make catalog ads match my pixel events?”

Use the same ID in the feed as in the pixel: Products → Item ID (product code or product ID, plus prefix). With Marketing Pixels Pack or Server-Side Tracking for Meta installed, the feed page shows whether their content IDs match.

Why are some products missing from the feed?

Section titled “Why are some products missing from the feed?”

Open the Validation report. Products with errors (for example no image, zero price, or no brand on TikTok) are left out while Skip items with errors is on; the report tells you what to fix. Products can also be left out by the product selection or a rule (counted as skipped or excluded).

Each variation is its own item with its own ID, price, stock and image, and item_group_id (the variation group code) groups them, as every channel expects. Turn off Variations as separate items to send only the main products.

The feed is built in batches with flat memory. 50,000 products took about three minutes in one console cron run, or three 20-second steps from the web cron or the admin progress bar.

Can I use it together with Product Feed Pro for Google Merchant Center?

Section titled “Can I use it together with Product Feed Pro for Google Merchant Center?”

Yes. They are independent; this add-on uses its Google category mapping as a fallback and can copy it. Google Shopping itself stays with Product Feed Pro.

The administrator can build feeds per vendor. With Vendors can manage their own feeds on, vendors create feeds of their own products in the vendor panel.

Can the feeds use our own availability statuses, such as “Ships in 3–5 days”?

Section titled “Can the feeds use our own availability statuses, such as “Ships in 3–5 days”?”

Yes, with Stock Statuses & Lead Times (version 1.0.1 or later of this add-on). Each status there has a feed value: in stock, out of stock, backorder, pre-order or Automatic. For a product with a status that sets a value, every channel gets that value in its own wording, and backorder and pre-order items also get the dispatch date where the channel has an availability date column. Products with an Automatic status, and stores without that add-on, keep the value this add-on works out from the stock.

Feed generation is switched off: scheduled and manual runs stop, and the feed URLs keep serving the last generated files unchanged, so your ads keep running on the last data. Once the license is valid again, the next cron run updates the files.

Open Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Multichannel Product Feeds → Settings → License. The status line says what is wrong: no key, a key for another add-on, a revoked license or a domain the license does not cover. Fix it and click Check now. See License.

Yes. Subdomains of your licensed domain (for example staging.yourstore.com) and local development hosts (localhost, private IP addresses, *.local, *.test) are covered by the same license.

Does the license check slow down my store?

Section titled “Does the license check slow down my store?”

No. The check runs in the admin panel or from cron, once a day. The storefront never runs it, and the add-on has no storefront output.
