Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- CS-Cart or CS-Cart Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x (tested on CS-Cart Ultimate 4.17.2 with PHP 8.1, Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 with PHP 8.1 and Multi-Vendor 4.21.2 with PHP 8.3).
- PHP 7.2.5 – 8.3, as supported by your CS-Cart version.
- At least one active shipping method (Administration → Shipping & taxes → Shipping methods).
- A license key from cs-cart.kaviolabs.com or a CS-Cart Marketplace license number.
Install
Section titled “Install”- In the admin panel open Add-ons → Manage add-ons, click the gear button and choose Manual installation.
- Upload
kv_shipping_estimator_product-1.0.0.zipand click Upload & install. - Open the add-on, go to the License tab and enter your license key. Click Check now.
- Open any product on the storefront: the delivery estimate appears above the Add to cart button.
- Review the delivery date settings (dispatch days, cut-off time, holidays, handling time); see Configuration.
- Optional: enter Transit days on each shipping method page for exact arrival dates.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”Upload the new version over the installed one (Manual installation) or install the upgrade package in Administration → Upgrade center. Settings and the per-method, per-product and per-vendor values are kept; missing tables and settings are added automatically on the next admin page you open.
Uninstalling
Section titled “Uninstalling”Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Shipping Estimator on Product Page → Uninstall removes the settings, the transit days of the shipping methods, the handling times of products and vendors, and the texts. Shipping methods, rates and orders are not touched. To hide the estimate temporarily, switch the add-on off instead: everything is kept.
